1. Overview

ProtectMyTime helps you analyze your Google Calendar to better understand meeting patterns and protect your focus time by recommending focus blocks. When you explicitly approve them, the app can create focus blocks in your Google Calendar.

2. Your account

To use the service, you must connect a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity performed through it.

3. What we do (and do not do)

We analyze calendar availability and meeting patterns to generate insights and recommendations. We do not modify your existing meeting events. We only write focus blocks to Google Calendar after your explicit confirmation.

4. Subscription and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

5. Data and privacy

We store only the data necessary to provide the service. For details about data collection and usage, please see our Data & Privacy page.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProtectMyTime is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue resulting from your use of the service.
